SHIPPING POLICIES
First-time orders
U.S. and Foreign: Our standard policy for first-time orders is to
contact the issuing bank to verify that the billing information
provided matches the bank's records. As we sometimes encounter delays
with this verification, your order may be delayed in shipment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is damaged, call your local UPS office and advise
them of the damage. UPS will return the damaged item to us free
of charge. Once we receive the return, we will ship replacements
to you at no additional cost. If you believe that your order may
have been lost in transit, please email us at shop@laserblazer.com.
We will trace your order and file for insurance coverage, if necessary.
Once the insurance claim has been approved, we will ship you a replacement
order or provide credit. Always retain the original shipping carton
until the incident has been resolved.
RETURNS POLICY
NON-DEFECTIVE RETURN POLICIES
Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment, you may return your
purchase for a credit, exchange, or refund only if the Discs are
unopened and in new condition. Any disc not meeting these conditions
will be returned to you and no credit or refund will be issued.
We will refund the shipping costs, only if the return is a result
of our error. A copy of your original purchase receipt is required.
Returned titles must be in their original factory packaging. Enclose
with each returned title the following information:
1. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
2. A copy of your Laser Blazer receipt as proof of purchase.
3.The reason why you are returning the title.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returned
items.
We cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more
than 30 days after delivery.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS
Within 30 days of receiving your merchandise, you may exchange your
defective disc, under the manufacturer's warranty, for a copy of
the same title, provided the title is still currently available
in our regular inventory. If the title is no longer available, discontinued,
has been reissued by another studio, or is no longer covered by
the manufacturer's warranty, this warranty is void. Proof of purchase
is mandatory, and discs will be exchanged only. No
refunds!
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returned
items.
This warranty does not cover the following:
1. Physical damage from shipping (see damage claims) handling, abuse,
or operation of defective or maladjusted equipment.
2. Any disc not in perfect condition.
Discs, jackets, or cases that show excessive wear beyond the normal
handling required to detect a defect including, but is not limited
to, discs used for rental and discs, jackets, and cases that have
been marked with stickers, ink, or any other non-removable materials.
3. Any disc that does not clearly show an audio or video defect.
Customer dissatisfaction with the transfer of the movie is not considered
an acceptable defect.
Unfortunately, certain models of DVD players are not able to play
certain DVDs. Laser Blazer cannot be held responsible for discs
that cannot be played on certain systems. However, Laser Blazer
will exchange the incompatible title with another title provided
the warranty conditions are met. Items not accepted under the terms
of this warranty will be returned, freight collect, to the sender.
The Procedure for returning defective discs are as follows:
Returned titles must be in their original factory packaging. Enclose
with each returned title the following information:
1. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
2. A copy of your Laser Blazer receipt as proof of purchase.
3.The reason why you are returning the title.
4. The brand name of your Laserdisc or DVD player.
5. The exact location (time, chapter, frame, side) of the defect.
6. The nature of the defect (e.g., disc skips at 30 min, chap 3,
side1)
When returning items to us, use a sturdy carton that will prevent
damage to the disc. It is strongly suggested that discs be returned
via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, for shipping charges
between $3 to no more than $10. To save money on shipping, do not
use a third party shipping or packaging service. Parcel post packages
will require insurance to be purchased separately.

Canceling/Changing an order
Once you have placed your order, you cannot make any changes or
cancellations on line. To make any changes to your order, you must
contact our customer service department at shop@laserblazer.com.
We cannot guarantee that your changes can be made. Once orders have
been shipped any changes must be made via our returns policy.

with us electronically. You thereby consent to receive communications
